AKF design the new plant to have the capability to use either electricity, natural gas, or steam depending on the utility cost based on the time of day and market conditions. The new plant retained the three 1,500-ton electric centrifugal chillers and integrated four new 2,000 steam turbine drive chillers, two of which were fitted with 2,000-ton gas engine parallel drivelines.

Size: 50-story office building with approximately 2,500,000 Sq. Ft.
