Building Management Systems (BMS) are constantly changing and converging with security, fire alarm and other low voltage building systems. AKF has recognized the need to have in-house expertise in controls engineering in order to provide our clients with the best possible service. To meet this need AKF has developed one of the largest Control Groups in the Northeast Region. Responding to growing needs and concerns of our clients is a priority at AKF, which is why we continue to deliver the highest level of knowledge and efficiency and expand our services.

AKF's Controls Group consists of degreed Mechanical, Electrical and Computer Engineers some of which are licensed PE's and LEED AP's. Our Controls Engineers are equipped with the knowledge related to all aspects of the controls business due to their past experience working for Building Management System (BMS) vendors/contractors.
